Facebook Contest Rules

Eligibility: Contest is open to all legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who submit all required information by the deadline. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor or any other company involved with the design and execution of this Contest, their family members, and persons living in the same household as employees or their family members are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws apply.

Timing: The Asthma & Allergy Awareness Month Giveaway begins on May 10, 2019 on or about 4pm Eastern Standard Time (“EST”), and ends on or about May 31, 2019 at 3:00pm EST (“Contest Entry Period”).  All entries received after the Contest Entry Period will not be considered.

Sponsor: The Contest is sponsored by Guardian Technologies, LLC, 26251 Bluestone Blvd, Euclid, Ohio 44132 (“Sponsor”). This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to Guardian Technologies and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used as a pool from which to randomly select winner(s) for this Contest, and may be used by Guardian Technologies for future correspondence with you in the notification of upcoming specials and contests, including but not limited to Guardian Technologies e-newsletter.  Any questions, comments or complaints should be directed to specials@guardiantechnologies.com, not to Facebook. Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. Entrant agrees that Sponsor, its affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, agents or contractors and their employees, officers and directors shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participation in this Contest.

To Enter: Enter online only. Enter the contest by entering through Woobox on the "Asthma & Allergy Awareness Month Giveaway" post on our Facebook page. Limit one entry per person. Entries are the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Should multiple users of the same Facebook account enter the Contest and a dispute arises regarding the identity of the entrant, the authorized subscriber of the email account, at the time of entry, will be considered the entrant. The definition of an account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization, which is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Any use of robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or like means to enter the Contest online will void all such online entries affected by such methods. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual using such a method. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for unauthorized human intervention, phone, technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware or software failures, malfunctions or disconnects of any kind, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, or misdirected, illegible, incomplete, stolen, garbled, fragmented or delayed Internet/email computer transmissions or network/ISP/website Internet accessibility/availability; or for incorrect or incomplete capture of any information.

Selection of Winners: Sponsor will select three winners to recieve the AC5350W. Winners will be announced on May 31, 2019. Odds of winning any prize depends on the number of eligible entries received.

Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements of these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions as to the administration of the Contest and prize awards are final. Winners will be notified by a Facebook post with their first and last name, and an email (to the email address provided on the form) on or about May 31, 2019. Winner will be asked to direct message Sponsor to claim prize and communicate about next steps to receive the prize with Free Shipping included. Winners may be required to submit proof of age and residence via a driver’s license, state I.D. card or other Sponsor approved method, and may also be asked to sign a prize release claim form before any prize is released for shipment to winner. In the event that any prize notification is undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact a Potential Winner or response to the prize notification is not received within five (5) days of issuance, the prize may be forfeited. Where a prize is forfeited, another Potential Winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received. If any one prize goes unclaimed after both primary and secondary winners have been selected and contacted, then Guardian Technologies reserves the right to forfeit the awarding of this prize.

By accepting a prize, winner hereby consent to the use of their names, voices and/or likenesses by the Sponsor for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation unless otherwise prohibited by law. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. Prizes are non-transferable.

Prizes: We are giving away three AC5350W. The winners will be selected and announced on May 31, 2019. The prize will be awarded according to the terms outlined above under “Selection of Winners.” Should this prize be unavailable at the time of awarding Sponsor reserves the right to substitute another prize of equal or greater value.
