What is CADR?
CADR stands for “Clean Air Delivery Rate” which indicates the volume of filtered air delivered by an air purifier. CADR ratings show the effectiveness of how efficient the air purifier is at capturing fine particles from things like tobacco smoke and plant pollens from the room.

Do I need to replace any filters?
It is recommended that you change the HEPA and Charcoal filter every 6 months (depending on use) to maintain an optimal level of air purification in your home.

How do I know when I should replace the filters?
It is recommended that you replace the HEPA and charcoal filter every six months (depending on use) to maintain an optimal level of air purification. There is a filter check indication light on the control panel of the unit that will light up and let you know it’s time to change your filters.

Does the product require regular cleaning?
It is recommended that you rinse out the pre-filter and PCO filter every 2-3 months. Make sure the filters are completely dry before placing them in the unit for use. There is also a dust sensor in the unit that is recommended to be cleaned periodically to maintain its effectiveness.
