If your Guardian Technologies™ product is in need of repair, we are happy to help! To begin, you must first check your Product Manual to see if your product is covered under warranty or not. For a list of online product manuals, click here.

If Your Product Is Covered Under Warranty & Needs Repaired:

If your Guardian Technologies product is covered under your warranty and is in need of repair, click the below link named, "In-Warranty Repair Form". After printing this form, follow the instructions on the form in order to have your product repaired.

If Your Product Is Not Covered Under Warranty & Needs Repaired:

If your Guardian Technologies product is not covered under your warranty, click the below link named, "Out of Warranty Repair Form." After printing this form, follow the instructions on the form in order to have your product repaired. All repairs are guaranteed for 30 days.

4 Simple Steps To Returning Your Product For Repair:

1. Print and fill out the applicable Repair Form from one of the two links listed above (In-Warranty Repair Form OR Out-Of-Warranty Repair Form). Please note that we do NOT return ship to P.O. Boxes, APO's or DPO's.

Also, if you are located in Canada do NOT ship your product to us. Instead, contact our Customer Support team via email or phone (contact information can be found at the very bottom of this page) and note that you live in Canada.

2. Pack your complete product (including all parts) in a 16x16x16 box or a smaller sized box for lower cost shipping rates.

3. Send us the applicable Repair Form inside your product package along with the following:

a. For In-Warranty Products: Provide a copy of your sales receipt or rewards history (REQUIRED)

b. For Out-Of-Warranty Products: Provide a check payment in the amount of $30.00 payable to Guardian Technologies

4. Mail your package to us via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. We recommend you have your package insured.

Once received, your product unit will be inspected and repaired. Normal turnaround time is 10–14 business days.
